Cairo - The Egyptian government has announced the date for the presidential elections would be held this
year . There is also the date chosen for the vote falls on 26 and 27 May 2014 .
Quoted from the Voice of America , Sunday ( 03/30/2014 ) , if necessary for the second round then it will take effect one month after the first round of elections . The date for the second round fell on 26 and 27 June 2014 .
However , if there is no second round is expected on June 5 presidential election results already existing in the country pyramid .
Before entering the election , the electoral commission in Egypt will implement the campaign period . campaign schedule will last 3 weeks of the beginning of May. Meanwhile, on April 20, will serve as the closing date for registration of presidential candidates .
So far the chair has been echoed by presidential candidate former Egyptian defense minister , General Abdel Fattah El - Sisi .
This election following the overthrow of Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi on July 3, 2013 last . This is done by the overthrow of Egyptian society .
